Israel Tech Challenge (ITC) opens the door for talented professionals from Israel and abroad to develop their careers in technology while focusing on the most in-demand skills in global tech: Data Science (Computer Vision, NLP), Cyber Security, Design Verification Engineering and Web Development.
We offer our participants intensive training inspired by the IDF’s 8200 unit methods & job placement. To date, we’ve introduced over 400 graduates to the Israeli hi-tech industry.

An elite 10-month program for exceptional B.Sc./M.Sc. graduates with strong mathematical background and previous experience in coding.Â
The program includes a 5-month training focused on Cyber Security, Data Science with specialization in Computer Vision or NLP, and Design Verification Engineering, and a 5-month paid internship in the Israeli hi-tech.
Fellows graduates first salaries range between 17,000-30,000 NIS a month

>> Masa tuition subsidy for non-Israeli citizens, starting at 4,500$
>> Possible grants from the ministry of integration for Israeli new immigrants (up to 7,000 NIS)

 A 5-month intensive training program for tech savvies who wish to launch a new & exciting career as programmers.Â
The program offers a 3-month training in full-stack web development focused on Front-End and Back-End studies and a 2-month internship in a start-up company in TLV.Â

Oren is the Co-founder and CEO of ITC for the last 4 years.
He made Aliya from France when he was 17.
After serving for 8 years in IDF's 8200 unit, Oren led the Jewish Agency delegation in France and Belgium for 3 years. A few days in Paris with Raphael Ouzan during this period led to the creation of ITC.Â

Raphael is the Co-Founder and Chairman of ITC.
He made Aliya from France when he was 16 and later served as an officer in the IDF's 8200 unit. Raphael currently lives in NY and is an in-residence Entrepreneur at Thrive Capital. Previously, Raphael co-founded and led the R&D team of  BillGuard that was acquired in 2016 by Prospera.Â
